If only his voiceover went on for a little more time after the cut to Olenna and Margaery, it would've been perfect. Also I love the cut from Snow assembling people to march on Craster's to Jeor's skull. The mutineers really have it made for them up there but now he's just like a cartoon level villain, you could imagine him twirling his evil guy mustache and a muwahaha after his exposition.

Oberyn who wouldn't mind having the final vote on whether or not a Lannister is guilty of killing a King aka rip in piece. This way Tywin secures himself of a conviction either way. If Oberyn decides to backstab Tywin and vote against him, he'll still have Mace. If Mace would decide to find Tyrion not guilty, he'll have Oberyn to give him the majority of the vote because of his promise to give him the person responsible for Elia's, and her kids', horrible deaths aka the mountain. Something I'm pretty sure Oberyn will likely accept as it not only leaves the past behind them but also strikes two birds with one stone by sending one Lannister to his grave while being able to take care of his most hated person in the whole of Westeros pretty much :o I dont know, he seems pretty convinced he hates Tywin not the Mountain. I think Tyrion offered Mountain to him at their meeting and he said something like I hold your dad responbile because Clegains are too obedient to just go insane without orders.

Well at least he does his exposition afterwards and not before like every villain ever. Also I always feel like his plans will work whether or not he is twirling his evil guy mustache.

Hence me saying he could still backstab Tywin as you clearly see him not taking Tywin's hand after hearing the offer Tywin gave him. So for Oberyn it's easy to accept to sit on the jury cause he can decide what will bring him the best outcome during/after the trial. Tywin has a backup plan with Mace and it will look good to have the Tyrells, Lannisters as well as the Dornishmen on a 'unanimous and unbiased jury'. A high placed person of three regions is justifyable to the people instead of f/e 3 Lannisters forming a jury.

Also as far as Tyrion and Oberyn's relationship as was asked about earlier: I dunno why Oberyn doesn't seem to hate him as much as the other Lannisters. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that he is a dwarf and is therefore an outsider in his own family so there is some sympathy involved? It is also likely partially due to the fact that Tyrion had nothing to do with Oberyn's sister's death. I am not sure. They sure do make an awesome pair though.

I have this funny feeling that Olenna is actually working with Varus & they're possibly suckering in Littlefinger? Another possibility is that Varus, Littlefinger, Tywin&Olenna are all on in on it. Game of thrones always seems to have a surprise and plot twist in store. Any other non-book readers care to speculate on how this Olenna-Littlefinger alliance came to place, if Tywin is involved, if Varus is involved...........etc. there are a lot of possibilities and potential outcomes there when you think about it.

Game of Thrones Wiki should be safe: ...an encyclopedic guide to the HBO television series Game of Thrones that anyone can edit. Our content is up to date with the latest aired episode so beware of unwanted plot details if you are not. A Wiki of Ice and Fire on the other hand, is spoiler city.
