Well here's the thing. If you want to be a Lannister, you have a few options. Jaime, the one handed man who was disowned by his father (unofficially of course), Cersei who has a pretty shit life who no one likes, and Tywin who is a complete badass but is also pretty old. I'd take Tyrion over the other three if he weren't on trial for murder.

The two other Lannister children seemed to like Tyrion at Winterfell in season one but that was a different time (and a different actor that looked about 10 years younger lmao). Dunno what Tommen actually thinks of Tyrion now.

If you mean Gendry, that's one of his bastards and there's no guarantee that he's even the eldest of them, Robert got around. But illegitimate sons have no claim, no name, no place in line. The line of Baratheon is Stannis, then his daughter, then presumably his cousins on his father's side.

Who has better claim to the throne KwarK, Danaerys or Stannis? Did Robert's conquest override Aerys' line of succession since I believe it is considered a "legitimate" way to claim the throne, although rebelling against one's king is not?

Whichever can take it, hold it and convince anyone to follow them. Having the right blood is a big part of the convincing and Gendry's blood is as wrong as any.

difference between a rebel and a new king is merely the outcome of the rebellion. If fails, the rebel was a wannabe userper, if it succeeds and the other lords accept it, it's a new legit dynasty. Right by might. Aegon conquared, Robert rebelled. Both were threats as far as the actual rulers of the kingdom(s) were concerned, both succseeded, both became kings. Robert failed to annihilate all the Targs, or make them swear fealty, so there's that. Targ's can still consider themsleves the legitimate rulers of Westeros, all the big families (starks, arynns, lannisters, tyrells etc) swore to House Baratheon, and accepted Robert as the new king.
So Stannis's claim is stronger as far as "legality" goes, but Danny's claim is legit as well, since her dynasty never denaounced their claim, and it has living heirs (even though all its vasals abandoned it officially).
European history has a tone of similar situations, with multiple "legit" rulers or leaders. We had 3 popes simultanously at one point.
