Now my baits are on the fool because he was telling Sansa to leave and perhaps it could be the opportunity for her to leave the capital with the confusion but I'm not too sure.
It could also be Obran, Varys, Baelish etc... A lot of people hated him and the only ones who didn't want him dead were the Tyrells so the list is really long.
edit: It makes no sense that the Tyrells would kill Joffrey, Margaery was queen and they could have ruled the seven kingdoms.

Yes and what you don't see in that scene is that Lady Olenna is sitting on a separate table 3m away from the goblet with a guard standing right behind it.
She couldn't have done it without anyone noticing.

I know you're overexaggerating (she wasn't really 3m away) but I know what you mean. Joffrey actually puts his goblet in the far end of the table on the Tyrel side, but personally I suspect she probably gave it to Margaery to do it but not sure what she'd gain from it *scratch head*

On the other hand, what you are pointing out is real.
She grabs the necklace and removes the stone from it.
I wonder why the makers would put this detail into the film.
a) The stone contains the poison.
For whatever reason Olenna couldn't bring it herself, (e.g. she was searched by the guards).
Then she came up with this ridiculously complicated plan that relies on a number of things to work out perfectly.
(I would be disappointed if that was true, because it's so contrived)
b) The makers put this little detail into the film to confuse the viewers.

Well, I'm still unconvinced the Tyrells have appropriate motive, but an explanation could be that the Tyrells are trying to frame Sansa. If she's captured with a necklace full of poison stones/vials, with one missing, after the king is poisoned, she's probably in very deep shit.

Of course! That's a great idea!
The necklace was only there for framing Sansa, who happened to have a good motive to kill Geoffrey.
They didn't actually poison the king with the poison in the stone.
They did poison him with the cake.
That is also why Cersei demands the leftovers not to be given to the dogs Edit: poor.

What in return would be weird then though is that the fool who gave her the necklace told her it's better to leave the scene now (UNLESS he wants to make everyone suspect her hehe)
Anyway at the moment Tyrion is the assumed culprit and judging from the very first 15min s4 trailer they released, next episode will have his scenes in trial which should be fucking awesome.
This weeks episode was fucking awesome although it didn't have Daenerys or Arya/Hound. Thank god they revealed the "Dragons over King's Landing" thing, as well. Although I'm not sure if it's a Vision of Daenerys' Westeros invasion in the future or a flashback of when the Targaryan's still ruled the 7 kingdoms?
