The last two users you temp banned, Pentagruel and NeoGeoOdin, for talking about the books, the posts they made about the books are still there. Maybe this is just my pet-peeve. But even though they didn't reveal precise interactions or plots in the books, I don't want to have any preconceived notions of what should happen as far as the focus of the books, which story lines connect to other story lines, etc. Edit by KwarK: removed spoilers Again maybe this is just my pet-peeve, but can we make sure that some of these things are removed for non-book readers? It is the non-book thread in which book readers ought to not even MENTION that they have read the books, because then we can deduce from their posts what will happen in the show despite them sounding as if they are just giving their opinion and prediction. Anyway, yes I am just advocating for the regulations to be a bit tighter, because I'd rather not know that information. Our brains are really good at solving problems when there are holes in a process, or story in this case. So comments as simple and vague as those really do take a lot away from the complexity and mystery of Game of Thrones. Feel free and remove my previous comment if this thread will continue without such comments. | ||

Once a post hits the thread doesn't mean anybody that would look at it has an read it. Thankfully I was able to avoid it because my brain randomly picked out the word spoiler. Just because it's spoiled for you, don't spoil it for everybody else. | ||
