Hannah's continued complete disregard for any attempt to even slightly disguise was frustrating. Masuka's daughter was filler that went no where. Every confrontation with Saxton was completely underwhelming, and even if Miami Metro bought Dexter's alibi for killing Saxton, he still would have been held up in internal affairs investigations indefinitely, not 5 minutes of watching the tape and ok your free to go. Debs death was completely unsatisfying and anti-climatic. Of course knowing that this was the best they could come up with is good proof that they needed to end it. This is exactly how I feel about the last episode. Still, a part of me thinks they really could have finished the show stronger but I guess not. Yes I know its 0/10, but maybe just for the heck of it, maybe I'll laugh and see this show from a completely new perspective. I'd watch it for the luls. It's really bad.

The scene where Saxon enters the veterinary office to get himself fixed is a huge wink to Prison Break, where T-Bag does the same thing. Only Robert Knepper is a much, much, MUCH better actor. I'm going to finish this episode but whoa, this is possibly the worst thing I've ever watched. Not one redeemable second.

I thought the last scene was funny, especially since I could hear my neighbor screaming "A FUCKING LUMBERJACK!?" at her TV through the wall, but otherwise it was just cringey, in my opinion. It was no different from the rest of season 8, everyone just flops around doing random idiotic shit until deus ex machina swoops in. He said he would share his ending with us after the finale.

At least you can chalk up Batman surviving due to some crazy gadgetry, but he drove his boat into a hurricane--and survives. I think the idea was he set up his life raft, gunned the boat towards the storm, and then went back to shore on the life raft and left from there.

He wasn't going to let that motha fucka go that easily. If he was to die, it would be to nothing except the wrath that is mecha doakes.

I was sad a bit when deb was a vegetable and quinn was crying but as soon as dexter carried her out of the hospital with that sad music and the hurricane I couldn't stop laughing.

I seriously don't know whether to laugh or cry right now... So much wrong with that episode. The ending was supposed to be dark and serious but from the moment I saw the lumberyard I was laughing my ass off... I could go into details with all the stupidity of this episode(Season in general too) but that would just be beating a very... very dead horse... So instead.. "He's a lumberjack and He's okay!" R.I.P. Dexter the series.. They can't hurt you anymore...

Are you sure that was it? I figured it was moreso a twist of fate to Dexter saying "I don't believe in miracles."
