EPTIt's still a rare thing though. We've only seen Madara, Sasuke, Itachi and Obito (Kakashi had Obito's eyes so doesn't count lol) awaken it so that's not really much when you think about it. As I was mentioning to someone else the other day, I do miss the time when these things were considered really rare. Reminds me of dbz when SS was first achieved then you had every Saiyan get it lol.

OMG, Yes. Thank you for pointing out the obvious to these idiots saying "omg everybody can do MS! it is not that rare!". Altho i gotta say the super saiyan part is kinda rare still... i mean if u look at it, vegita and goku are able to do it. so following that blood-line, their kids should be able to do it too with enuf training (which is what happened)... so super saiyan is still rare in a way. | ||

I guess their clan was big enough that it didn't count as incest. So something like 1000-5000 Uchiha at least. If the clan was at least that big, then it would be no problem for an Uchiha to marry another one without being related closely to count as incest. Like island populations in real life. The number of people is limited, but still big enough that you don't have to marry your cousins all the time. | ||
