iirc minato sealed half of the chakra in his body, which means it is in minatos "soul".We didnt see a 6th soul escaping the body of the death god as well. So i guess Minato has to do something about this

6 clones. only 5 are used. i think the implication is that someone else was in the deathgod. (the 5th being oro, who just killed the body he was in...) that would leave an empty body.

kuramas soul wasnt in there only some fo his chakra it wasnt like Orochimaru where the 3rd vut off a chunk of his soul and sealed it the 4th only sealed chakra becuase thats all Kurama is hes a huge mass of chakra
over the 16+ years since Kurama has undoubtable recovered his chakra back to where it should be tahts why the seal was gradually weakening because kurama was getting stronger and the same seal couldnt hold him back anymore
the only souls sealed in the death god was the 4 Hokages and Oros arms

Yeah i just reread a few chapters and came to the same conclusion. Only one that makes sense, since you cant really compare orochimarus arms to kuramas chakra. That was my mistake. Still thanks for the replies
