As far as I know, Izuna isn't Madara's twin. He's his younger brother.

Tsunade is definitely going to die, I'd assume the old man kage (forgot his name/title) is gonna die too regardless of Tsunade for some reason and maybe even the raikage imo.

Raikage and Hokage have replacements ready to step up, so they might not make it.
Gaara will definetly survive, no way he´d die off screen.

gaara and the mizukage should live, the raikage is a toss up and tsunade and tzuchikage should die.
I have been questioning the sharingan unique abilities for a while now, I wonder if each family has an affinity for an ability or set of abilities like amaterasu and kamui but you can learn to use each ability with enough training or w/e. So madara learned to use kamui and its properties. That would explain how Tobi negated amaterasu (which i previously thought he just sucked it up w/ kamui) and the last panel in 601 would be in the alternate dimension.

Situation is something like this:
Many years ago, Hashirama vs Madara takes place.
Hashirama dies, the 2nd Hokage dies, Sarutobi is 3rd Hokage.
He stays hidden, somehow gives Rinnegan to Nagato(he did give it to him or was that revised?) under the eyes of (young) Jiraya.
Years go by, Minato is 4th Hokage, Kakashi Gaiden happens.
Madara rescues Obito as gray haired old man.
Short time after Madara uses the tobi mask(has proper black hair) and fights the 4th with Kamui techniques.
Years go by, the Uchiha massacre happens and this time(going by hair) masked Obito helps Itachi kill them all.
Now: Why has the original Tobi mask only 1 eye?
It happens after Mada/Obito meet. It´s a setup for later when Obito takes over.
But this also means that Madara while alive was about evenly matched against Minato.
Afterwards?
Sometime afterward Madara dies and Obitos takes over, long since planning this plan including Madaras resurrection with Nagatos rinnegan.
But somehow, despite planning this, Obito LOSES MADARAS CORPSE. Kabuto finds it and uses edo tensei on it.
If Madara takes Obito really into the kamui dimension:
Why is Kakashi´s eye connected to the dimension if Madara taught Obito it in the first place? Seems like Sharingans have their own special ability genetically, rather than by teaching.
