Yeah that's a good question... because it's really difficult to decide who's stronger. Tobi or Madara? We can estimate that Madara is just down right ridiculous, but we still really don't know too much about Tobi so it's frustrating to gauge him in terms of potential. For all I know, Tobi could show up next to Madara, and Madara could just kill him for the hell of it. Or is there potential for an alliance? Maybe Madara could use Tobi to restore his own life.
