It took me two reads to understand what hes saying. He's basically saying that there is a way to remove the edo summoning contract itself from the body if they know the seal (which he does.) the chapter ends with him releasing it and thus he doesnt get unsummoned like the rest of the resurrected people. | ||

That said, holy shit, Madara is still alive. The 5 kage are fucked. There isn't a single super-strong character (Tobi, Naruto, Sasuke) close enough to save them from Madara. The only way they can possibly come out of this alive is if (a) Madara loses interests and decides to let them live, (b) for some reason Madara doesn't have his full chakra and can't get his Susanoo, or (c) Kabuto figures out how to re-establish his contract. Right now it seems unlikely that any of this will happen... so expect a kage death or two coming up. I wonder what Madara's goals will be, though? Why does he even care about defeating the kage now that his contract is gone? Do you think he'll want to help Tobi? And what's Sasuke going to do? I assume that if he can achieve perfect Susanoo, he can go head-to-head with Madara. | ||

I think it's a different seal. The one Itachi used was to cancel Edo Tensei altogether (the binding of the soul to the impure world, as well as the contract that allowed Kabuto to control the Edos, both their actions or their souls), while the one Madara used was just to cancel the contract, enabling him to continue as an Edo, but without anyone else's interference. | ||
