Actually, fool, as usual he has to suppress the fox chakra using his own chakra which actually weakens his overall chakra use and cannot use fox chakra during multi shadow clone training or else he risks transforming. That's why when he was doing nature training Yamato was there to help suppress the fox. The fox chakra wasn't involved in that at all, only as a hindrance.
And he didn't even use multi shadow clone training during sage mode training, because he couldn't. He only made a few clones after the fact to store chakra for him to extend the life of his sage mode. Also not involving the fox.

naruto had to train sage mode really fast because pain was coming, kabuto went missing since orochimaru died, and has multiple types of cells in him that make saging easier(snake cells i suppose+juugo's cells)

That would actually be pretty cool IMO.

i guess that means the Third Hokage has fox Chakra since he can make shadow clones
and i guess Kakashi has fox Xhakra cause he made shadow clones
even without the fox chakra as a supplment Naruto was BORN with an amazingly large amount of chakra which isnt surpriseing due to his parentage, this large amount of chakra is what allows him to make so many shadow clones and learn sage jutsu, the only fox chakra naruto gets is a very small amount that trickles out of the seal except during the obvious times when he pulls out a massive amount (note he didnt start using fox chakra VS gaara until he summoned the toad) so Narutos fox chakra hasnt helped him get stronger aside from when he learned how to control it and when he needed to summon Gammabunta

Sasuke only fought the samurai and the other kage to get to Danzo i.e he didn't want to kill them. He's not the kind of evil where he's evil because he's just evil and wants to kill people/take over the world, he's evil in the sense that he wants revenge.

he could have avoided killing them, that would ahve been the smarter thing to do since he ahdnt been discovered at that point, but he went out to fight the Samurai while the rest of his squad hid, and its because of him going out to kill the Samurai that the Raikage found them so quickly in the first place

That's not really what happened.... He didn't go all hit squad on the samurais. They were just kind of there and he put up susanoo. All collateral damage as opposed to intentional slaughter. Though I'm not sure anybody actually died in the process. The samurais were pretty heavily armored, and although the raikage lost a hand, he regrew it a few chapters later, so as far as plot development goes, Sasuke hasn't gone past the point of no redemption. Just look at how many innocent people Gaara killed purely for the sadistic joy of listening to their bones crunch. Now he's a good guy.
I see this going a few ways:
1.) Sasuke teams up with naruto eventually and they win together. My money is on this based on the unity it would bring to the plot... uchiha vs. senjuu, bury the sword of our grandfathers, etc... There will be an epic rematch, but it will be in a much more humble stage of a repeat of the chuunin exams, where both Sasuke and Naruto got rolled by the complicating circumstances of the Orochimaru invasion. In the epilogue we see that some other rando old (probably kakashi/guy) is the next hokage. Naruto, older and married to hinata with cutie kids, is still his strongheaded self saying "I'm gonna be the next Hokage! Dattebayo!" Sasuke, we found out, died of complications resulting from low testosterone on account of him being a bitch.
2.) Sasuke gets talk-no-jutsu'd by itachi and ends up the tragic hero, laying down his life in an epic Sharingan vs. Sharingan matchup vs. Tobi. Unlikely, because this plot formula has happened in too many of the sagas for it to be a fitting ending to the series. Basically everybody except Orochimaru and the zombie pals got an exit like this. Zabuza, gaara (him dying for the sand being redemption), most of the members of akatsuki....
3.) Sasuke kills the fuck out of these bad guys and then turns his wrath on Konoha being the final villain for Naruto to face mano a mano. While the fight-to-the-death rematch where the future of the Ninja world is at stake would be an epic ending to the series.... ain't gonna happen since Sasuke just hasn't been built into a villainous character. We know too much about his personality and motives to be able to demonize him as anything more than a whiny, easily manipulated, emotionally disturbed teenager.

go reread it again, Zetsu warns the Kages about Zetsu, the Samurai start looking for them, Karin notices it and then Sasuke immediately starts killing the Samurai, it was there chakra disapearing that let one of the Raikages aids figure out where Sasuke was
