We could make conjectures and predictions on fights where Naruto could have won (easily) even if he were a normal person that is not empowered by Kyuubi. As I said, he has grown to a point where he is a formidable ninja in his own right.

However, everytime he does something that requires chakra then he is empowered by the Kyuubi.
So if there is a fight where he does not use chakra (any ninjutsu / genjutsu at all ) and still win then it would be an example where he won without Kyuubi's help. I just dont know any that comes to mind.

if Itachi and Sasuke do meet, nothing will come of it Sasukes not good enough at Genjutsu to trap Itachi and Itachi doesnt want to hurt his little bro, the most theyll do is have a heart to heart which will lay the groundwork for Sasukes redemption then hell go off and PWN Kabuto

1) I'm guessing you're talking about kakuzu and hidan, so: Naruto fought the immortal solo who had already lost hearts from the others.

2) Against Pain, it won him the match. No kyubi means no getting that stake out of his hands, and no Pain being out of chakra and even worse health.

3) Look at that fight. Naruto won by sheer stupidity, of course he didn't need the fox's help. Kabuto had plenty of time to use his free hand, or his foot, and attack Naruto. "Hey you know what, I'm gonna stand here like a dumbass".

4) His fight against Gaara consisted of him losing until he used the fox chakra.

In consideration, he is still the 4th's son. And his mom is supposed to be amazing because she held the fox. So it stands to reason he does have some native powers

One thing that Naruto did do on his own is when he trained for the kaze rasengan (sorry forgot hte proper name) he made use of hte kagebunshin in training which I don't think anyone else ever did, he arguably attained a move that no one else would or could (even if they were in his shoes). Not sure you would consider that an accomplishment he did without the kyubi though. I'm sure he won a fight using sage mode without using kyubi mode (too lazy to think when),

I'm guessing what Suigetsu found is related to the impure world resurrection because it was part of Orochimaru's work. After all Tobi seems to have had his control of the beasts limited or ceased altogether, and/or is about to get smashed by Naruto.

I also don't like the thought that sasuke and Itachi are going to meet most likely since itachi himself said he cant to anything about sasuke anymore and it's up to Naruto now. Not sure where kishi is going to take this, either Sasuke falls to Itachi's version of talk-no-jutsu ( lol like that is going to happen) or he "kills" ET-Itachi and basically spitting on his brother's legacy.
