and btw: i love how minato holds back 1st four pages, but once "madara" throws naruto away minato gets all serious (4th page bottom middle panel)... it fits to how Jiraiya described him few years ago: "he was really kind hearted, but his spirit was incredible"... minato is best anime char ever _D | ||

That's why it's reserved for emergencies. He can move fast at will but not that fast. The reason behind him needing the kunai/other chakra markers is to have his destination clear while moving. When you're moving that fast its probably hard know when to stop/maneuver appropriately. | ||

DBZ -esqe Goku teleportation Haha yea the instant transmission was always one of my dreams T_T; The clue that gave it away to me is because he needed to mark the guy who was fighting Kakashi in the Gaiden. Of course this could've just been a tracking marker for the purpose of tracking, but I think it's more likely to be a pinpoint destination, given the other info we have (marked kunai, marks being placed in multiple places like on Kushina and around town, etc.). | ||
