Sasuke doesn't just "use" the Mangekyo he relies completely and totally on it. Without that eyeball he'd be totally useless. He brings out susano basically right away and just KEEPS IT ON through the entire fight.
So I wonder what fucked up new power Sasuke is going to get. If we're lucky he'll get something like the hirashin and just end this stupid story once and for all.

First you need to see a relative dying to get your eyes level up...
..in which case Sasuke saw Itachi die..idunno how the seal Itachi put up on Sasuke's eye works but iirc it unlocks the Mangekyo's skill right away so Sasuke doesn't have to be all emo on unlocking the skills....
Then you have to take their eyes so yours won't fuck up..
Then you get to preserve those eyes as if they don't fuck up...
srsly is there some kind of curse that befall the Uchia? It's like they can use the super kick ass eye techniques but they go blind while using it. Then it so happened that the curse was stupid enough not to know if the eye was transplanted already..

It's stupid because he was already plenty fucking strong without the mangekyo anyway with all his snake hacks and curse seal. The thing is, he went blind after using it three times. From what was shown before he was already reallllly strong without, and when it comes to the eyes, it's still kinda absurd that he already had to take Itachi's eyes when he hasn't even used his own eyes for that long.

^ i agree, and it seems depressing that naruto masters sage mode, and still cant beat sasuke b4 he got the mangekyo, and another thing, why was naruto not in sage mode when he 1st met up with kakashi and sakura, that was bothering me from the beginning

Now that Sasuke will be able to freely spam eye techniques, it gives me a greater appreciation of Sakura. She approached her target, tried to put him at ease with deception, and then tried to stab him with a poisoned kunai when his back was turned. That was the first legit ninja move I've seen in Naruto in a long ass time. Too bad she had no follow through.

Just a reminder curse seal was removed, without the eyes, Sasuke is Kakashi with Orochimaru combined at best.

is it just me but i remember way back when sasuke was given the chance to make his curse seal like level 2 or something someone said that if you do it your current level wont improve after that? Like it was a risk if you take it you might die.
I always took the curse as something that intially gave him power at first but in the end was the thing that was holding him back which is why itachi removed it.

just thinking about the beginnings of naruto with ninja deception and shit... this crap just makes me wanna puke. naruto needs to do final battle now and make this ridiculous-ultra-technique-that-makes-me-insta-win-athon that naruto has become end. hopefully we'll still remember at least some of the good parts of naruto
