I'm glad there is, though. Skye will probably get her codename Quake and we'll get to see them go around in a slightly more serialized fashion recruiting new inhumans that took the fish oil. What I don't get, though, is how that Fish Oil isn't just going to kill every human that takes it given the tainted crystals that kill everybody are the ones that leaked into the fish... Anyone notice that Fitz talking to Simmons at the end was the first time in 8-9 episodes that he actually stammered? "Science biatch". If the fish oil doesn't kill everyone, it's easy to explain away. Only the metal part was lethal and the crystal part was totally harmless. If they go the direction of only the crystal part leaking into the fish then the fish oil will be harmless to humans but will unlock a lot of latent inhumans. This finale was sick. Poor Skye though. Got to finally meet her mom only to find out she's a monster who even tried to kill her. Nice redemption for raina and cal but kind of sad they had to Tahiti cal since he loves Skye so much. Poor Fitz! There are theories out there about what happens to Simmons. One is that she's transported somewhere. Another is that she's given anti inhumans powers since she was so against people with powers in the show. There's a woman on one of the secret warriors team named Lynn Richards http://marvel.wikia.com/Lynn_Richards_(Earth-616) that can suppress the powers of people. Therefore, if the show goes that route Simmons can have those powers and be on Skye's secret warriors team.

lol btw, the scene with Mack and Coulson was hilarious to me, before I could be mad with no one doing what Mack eventually would do, he did it!

It remains wierdly uneven. The awesome parts are some of the best stuff on TV. The lame parts are up there for the lamest. "Do what?" "Begin" is on my list of stupidest cliffhanger dialogues of all time. But maybe that's the point: it's trying to be not a great TV show, but a great comic. So parts of it are weak for a TV show, but would be allowable/excusable in a comic (or, for that matter an RPG). The cheesiness is part of the point. I'm not sure. Simultaneous to that, it is constantly doing the kinds of gutsy things I wish action shows did more, killing off important and likable characters, having legitimately suprising betrayals (okay, not in a while, but Ward definitely caught me by surprise right when I thought they were too predictable about Skye/Ward's relationship. Garret less so, but better than some shows. Even the Ward/Girlfriend bit at the end was mildly surprising, mostly because the show does have face-heel turns like that all the time.) Also, if I were doing a CinemaSins of this, I would definitely have a "Star Wars References" bonus round complete with shot-by-shot comparisons. There were a lot. Very conscious homage for some reason.

Happy to see that he's just some minor B-villain Inhuman character.

even the things people complain about to me AREN'T that bad. like corny dialogue by coulson. it feels genuine and fits with the character. the fodder hero in this series doesn't feel as VAST as the fodder in arrow or flash. maybe it's the CGI, maybe it's the acting, maybe it's the writing i can't pin point it, but it feels far less in this show. and i'm not sure if it's only mean but i always burst out laughing at + Show Spoiler + a hand chopping moment. maybe because of the way tragic accident is always built up, it happens randomly, it's not like a SAW movie build up, it's spontaneous. i laughed just as hard in game of thrones when jamie lannister got his hand chopped.

+ Show Spoiler + I guess I'll also ask the obvious question. Why did Lash let Skye/Daisy live? Would've been easy for him to just walk back to the truck and finish her off. As for Andrew, Ward would've likely let him die anyway since he wanted May to suffer for getting him to shoot his own gf.

they staged his death, either to use him later or because the Von Strucker kid is having second thoughts I have really liked the 3 episodes so far! The only complaint I might have is that it seems a little unfocused, we have 3 main plots going on (Lash/ATCU, Jemma and the Monolith, and hunting down Ward) and a handful of subplots (Bobbie's recovery, May's marriage, the Secret Warrior team, etc) and it kind of feels like none is getting enough screen time yet. Hopefully one or all will finish/consolidate soon. But overall good impressions from me. I really like the direction the show has taken, there's a more serious vibe while still having some lighthearted moments, and Ward is still a pretty solid bad guy in my book.

In general I dislike how quickly the Ward line escalated. And also how was May able to track that location down? Jemma on a backburner fits pretty well to set up the next issue they face, and preparing the secret team goes hand-in-hand with the ATCU plotline so I'm good with all that. Bobbie's stuff is character development, not really a substantive issue with the plot imo. I agree with hoping that they focus a bit more soon because the episodes are getting kind of scattered.
