Daredevil is even worse than Agents on the morality front. 30% of every episode is characters soliloquizing about "MY CITY" and how best to "PROTECT MAH CITY" and how "HELL'S KITCHEN DESERVES BETTER!" I found that part incredibly tiring and easily the worst part of the series. Fights and character moments were good though. | ||

Batman is an example, as Gotham is just feasting on its civilians, you actually side with Batman saving the city without stupid ass speeches, not because you want to save millions, but you want the condition for the already living to be better. I can take a lot of bullshit from a show, and I really tried with SHIELD, I just need to let this one go. I will check out Daredevil, and just smile at the dialogues about "MAH CITY". But is there any character development at all with Daredevil guy so far? | ||

The Movieverse is even worse, because you don't have hundreds of superheroes and villains and mutants and resident aliens threatening the world on a daily basis, you just have a handful that are threatening but low-scale, and the actual threats to the planet involve 1) Hydra, which is almost entirely humans, 2) Aliens that only show up on Earth when they're invading, and 3) human scientists being ego-fucks and creating doomsday weapons. So yeah, I'm pretty sure the civil war story will fall flat if they actually try to make it a grey morality thing. | ||

I get the feeling that everything except the ending teaser was shot with the anticipation that there'd be no 3rd season. I'm glad there is, though. Skye will probably get her codename Quake and we'll get to see them go around in a slightly more serialized fashion recruiting new inhumans that took the fish oil. What I don't get, though, is how that Fish Oil isn't just going to kill every human that takes it given the tainted crystals that kill everybody are the ones that leaked into the fish... Anyone notice that Fitz talking to Simmons at the end was the first time in 8-9 episodes that he actually stammered? "Science biatch". | ||
