For reference, I think Mike was in i-banking for 6 episodes, to the point that he was fired by Sidwell. You could call it 8 episodes to the point that he starts work again at the firm, depending on how you see his unemployment. IMO most people still call themselves by their profession so a normal person would still call themselves an investment banker, although it is mentioned in his case for collusion that Mike doesn't try to apply for any jobs except at Pearson Specter. Fun fact - he has technically never applied for any jobs in the series, people just give him offers (even in jail!). I wish things were so easy...
He's been in jail for 3 episodes so far. There are 5 more episodes on the schedule before the mid-season break, with season 6 likely to continue in January.
I think that's a great idea Here's a poll, and to be clear, the question is regarding how long until Mike is legally allowed to leave jail/ his prison sentence for this verdict is over. As in, we're not talking about jailbreaks and we're not concerning ourselves with whether or not he goes *back* to jail for something else next season or whatever. When is Mike allowed to walk free?
Poll: How long until Mike is *legally* allowed to leave prison for good?(Vote): 1-3 episodes from today (including tonight's 8/3 episode) (Vote): 4-5 episodes (right before the half-season ends) (Vote): 6-13 episodes (the end of Season 6, during Winter 2017) (Vote): Sometime during Season 7 (Vote): After Season 7

New Louis love interest!
I feel so bad for Sean Cahill... I feel like Harvey's manipulating him so hard.
|
I only watched till season 4 or so (the investman banking thing) but I found it interesting that I never really identified with Mike or Harvey. In most series you'd want to like the main characters but in this series I always enjoyed seeing them fail ... weird.
|
I find Louis's opportunism, flawed judgment, and antihero persona to sometimes be relatable lol. Or, at least, more realistic.
|
He's obviously not taking the deal but what the fuck is up with the acting, the way Harvey acted like he was going to punch Cayhill was so... Acted.
|
Well, I think Rachel/ being with Rachel convinced Mike to take the deal, but based on next week's teaser, it looks like + Show Spoiler +his cellmate Kevin finds out about something shady and throws Mike under the bus, landing him in solitary confinement and possibly blowing up the deal?

I'm kind of liking the trader bro and rooting that he gets Jessica. He's not as manly as Malone but he's got his own kind of charm. I like to think he whispered "I love you" after the elevator doors closed.
The show teased Mike out of jail and I voted for a quick exit but I'm skeptical after this episode. The tease was just too hard and the show has nowhere for Mike to go outside of jail.

Dammit I was really enjoying this show, but I am finding the cringe factor of all the prison stuff to just be ridiculous. I can suspend disbelief for all the super lawyer vs super lawyer stuff, but this prison stuff is just silly.

Can Harvey please just go one episode without punching someone, threatening to punch someone, or getting punched? shit is getting redic.

What are you hoping to happen in tonight's episode to restore your faith in Suits?
|
By the season finale, Harvey is going to be representing every damn prisoner in the jail lmao
And Sean Cahill is frickin awesome.
|
I feel like what Harvey and Cahill are doing is a much worse crime than what Mike did.
|
pretty obvious that later on harveys client is going to find out harvey and sean screwed him over and try and find a way to sue them for colluding etc. going to be pretty much a repeat of the ava hessington saga imo.
|
This might be the most convoluted game of cat and mouse I've ever seen.

Damn DPB you beat me to the punch. I've been sitting here, watching this episode, and was continuously thinking: this dude is such a badass. I loved the way + Show Spoiler +he taunted Harvey by eathing his nachos(?) into the phone . I think he's my favourite character now.
