Yeah they seem pretty short hoofed as well. I feel like they should hire a few hands especially considering the inevitably short lifespan of the job.

Yeah, it's increasingly likely that Mr. and Mrs. Apple did ineed somehow meet an untimely demise while on the job.

This was easily my favorite episode of the season, and possibly the entire series. It had me legit laughing out loud within 5 minutes and for most of the rest of the episode.

at the end of the episode of maud pie after pinkie pie was saved: when the ponies let out a sigh, was that more a sigh of relief that pinkie was save, or was it more a sigh of relief of being somewhat "hot and bothered" by maud's heroic display? that they all looked away kind of seems to me to be indicative of the latter, but i'm not sure. thoughts?

Everyone was smiling. I take that as relief. Plus the talk after Maud leaves and the girls are talking about what just happened, especially Fluttershy's part, leads me to believe it was relief.
