+ Show Spoiler + And now I'm all sad. Or breathless. I dont quite understand. I dont get these feelings very often. For me the past year has been emotionally numbing, depressing and stressful. After reading this story it felt like a huge rush of emotions flowing through me. It was a very effective story. Combined with the music which goes with it I almost feel like crying. I have only felt this melancholic after I have finished reading or watching the narratives which I hold so closely to my heart. I always get that feeling of immense sadness once I close the last page of that wonderful novel. It has reminded me of why I watch this show and why I love film, animation, comics, and novels so much. It was definitely the highlight of my weekend. | ||

That be our ultra-brief post-post show video and the conclusion of the second Mare-A-Thon! Before I pass out, I have a few things to say. Firstly, I'd love to thank the community as a whole. Last Mare-A-Thon, we hovered between 60-82 viewers at all times (based on IRC). This time, we were at about 60-104 or so. That's right, for a good chunk of the event, we had 100+ people watching. Fucking amazing. All of your IRC interaction, reactions, and just being a great place to spend most of my day is the whole reason I wanted to pitch in with Cane and StarDragon for this even, and why it was kept a secret until the last second; just for the joy of seeing you all react to getting Rick Rolled by Gary. All of the secrecy and preparation was 100% worth it. Again, thank you guys. Next, I'd love to thank Cane and StarDragon. Both of these guys put in an incredible amount of effort, a considerable amount more than I did, I'd wager. Cane put together the pre and post show videos; he had to record them while we talked over Skype and edit them all together. StarDragon is the one that made all of our nice trailers and Ponymons happen. Yeah, it was swell that Ponymon was my idea, but Star made it exist for the Mare-A-Thon. And of course, their sponsorship of the contests. I'm not sure exactly what the plans for those are since 2/3 of them were nixed due to trolls destroying our original stream before any contest actually hit. Finally, I'd just like to repeat myself and thank everypony for one of the greatest, most epic nights ever. Remember how I mentioned in my MLP brony conversion post about how I've been unable to properly cry in about 10 years? Well, something about tonight changed that. Multiple times. About 6 if I can remember everything clearly. Thank you for providing me with a night that I won't ever forget, barring amnesia. I promise I'll do everything I can to make the next Mare-A-Thon even better than this one. Thank you, Team Liquid. Thank you.
