Plot the girl has just married, he was the best man and best friend of the girl... he realizes he was inlove with her bestfriend... the guy wanted to change the past so he could be with the girl he loves hoping to change various past events of their relationship confesses his true feelings that he didn't express before... he was given a chance by a mysterious 'time traveler'.... the question here now is, can he really change the past?
later on he realizes that it isn't simple to change what was destined to be... regretably the wedding he hope to change in the present might end up being + Show Spoiler +
a funeral on the future instead
who wins? the man fighting for his love for a second time? or the man who was truly destined for the girl?
very very unpredictable story... you can feel the happiness, longing, love, frustration and regret of the main lead...
the OST...... it really suits the drama forward to 2 mins on this video... for the song directly...
recently watched both reply 1997 and reply 1994. Although the two dramas are both set in the 90's and use the busan accent, i felt that they were actually very different dramas.
I have to say that reply 1997 was better, at least for me. I got so hooked on the drama that i ended up finishing it in two days, and i still watch some of the reruns. This drama is so fast-paced, especially until like episode 13 or so. It made me feel things that I never thought I would feel by watching one drama; it had lots of laughter, cuteness, sadness(cried on ep 5 and 6) and of course romance. The thing about this drama was that I was more attracted to and looked more forward to watching the husband and mother of jung eun ji and how they just shared moments of happiness and sadness that married people share rather than the actual main love plot. Seriously, very highly recommended.
I liked the start of reply 1994, and it's pretty obvious that they went for the style of reply 1997 but it quickly became your generic korean love drama, which is something reply 1997 was not. for example, they had the main character as a huge basketball fan, like how jung eun ji was a huge hot fan, but there were no scenes of basketball crazy fanness after the first few episodes. And in the middle of the drama, the two main characters fall in love and the drama really felt like it should have ended here. There was basically no more plot development for like 7 episodes until the final 4 or so episodes. Besides dohee, the secondary characters were also not nearly as interesting as the ones in reply 1997. Overall, id say reply 1994 was a good drama, but to me it fell much shorter than the standards that reply 1997 set

didn't bother at all on reply 1994... like you said, what sells 1997 was its uniqueness and no nonsense generic kdrama... and of course, EUN JI!!!!! Rong rong-i and bomirilla as well.... i highly recommend this drama too... very refreshing, plotted well and fast paced.
Hmm I'm kinda lost. Which kdrama's should I follow? Latest one I have finished is Emergency Couple. Any suggestions? Will also take older series as advice. I still gotta finish Pretty Man with IU.
I feel the same thing. Actually I found a lot of similarities between Birdal Mask and Inspiring Generation, other than the fact that they happend at somewhat the same time-period.
But hey, both were really really good so I don't complain.
Someone played some korean OST in class the other day, was some time traveling drama. Male is from the past, female from present, but it takes place in the present I think?

probably Queen and I ? starring Yoo In Na. Not sure who is the present / past guys tho.
Watching My Love from the Star, it's decent. More intrested in Yoo In-Na. :D But it's nice to see a Jeon Ji-Hyeon and Kim Soo-Hyun love story again (they were so sweet in The thieves).
I finished watching Pretty Man this week. It was a pretty good serie imo. I really enjoyed it. I have watched 1 episode of Angel Eyes now and I must say I looove it so far :D I am very curious what will happen the next few episodes. Definetly should check out episode 1 if you havent already. Also heard some suggestions about hotel king from some of my friends. Going to check that one out aswell this week.

Can you please enlighten me which version should i watch ? the jap or the korean one ? i don't mind any of them but i prefer the show with the better production, plot and acting
