The order of events is not the most important deciding factor in that order of chapters. How the order has been worked out is discussed at length on that webpage and in some of the links. Not even GRRMs books are in strict chronological order. I've said this before in this thread but I'll repeat it now, I liked the idea of the Ball of Beasts more than I liked it in practice when I tried it the last time I read 4/5.
