Discussing the show and past episodes is fine. Do not put things that have happened in the TV series in spoilers. However, don't spoil things from the books that may happen in future episodes. Put book spoilers in spoiler tags with a CLEAR WARNING that it is from the book.

Im a bit sad that they kind of back out of the decisions of the comic books. For example that Rick loses his arm or that the baby dies. Dont make the show too nice. I watched a video where kirkman said that it was a mistake that rick lost his arm because then he cant even open a can. So what? is that important? Its much more intense if people really have to suffer.

All this happens while nothing happens. It's filler. There is no real progress.
the three groups shown here in this episode all make important decisions and choose to survive and hope they can find their loved ones. the carol/tyreese/lizzie dynamic is a crazy setup.
character progression is progress whether you like it or not.
or maybe you are going to say breaking bads "fly" episode is just filler right?

Do enlighten me, I don't mind comic spoilers. Though just because the comic decides to do one thing doesn't mean the show will. The show tends to stay within the traditional boundaries of story telling, making it terribly predictable in some ways.

As has been said before. The TV writers are running out of material. Very quickly and have to do such things. Heck we just had half a season of filler,

I think he means the lame fakeouts this show does rather than follow through with the shocker and try to rise to the occasion of an uncomfortable writing spot. Few shows do. Personally, I'm not disappointed in the baby still being alive because I knew this show didn't have the balls to begin with to kill off an infant.
Carol on the other hand, I cannot understand why one would think she was dead. Seemed pretty obvious that she'd encounter the party again to stir the drama back up with Tyresse eventually.

And Carol? lol IMO, having a baby around as "hope" doesn't do enough good to outweigh the fact that I had to watch a guy change a diaper and act like it was suspenseful. A baby doesn't belong in this show, but that's just imo like I said.
This episode served as a reminder that sentimentality can get you killed. (I'm referring to the bus scene) Overall I liked it and I guess the black haired girl will become a permanent (that's a funny word to use when talking about TWD) character.

Robert Kirkman said himself that making Rick lose his arm was the biggest mistake he made in writing the comics, so he definitely didn't want it to happen in the show. Also, the baby dies at the prison in the comics but that doesn't mean the baby won't die later in the show.
