I don't really care about the spoilers, since it's manga, you know, you can pretty much guess everything anyway. But WTF DID I JUST READ ? Grey using iced shell or whatever technique to seal a bad guy. But he just spent like 10 chapters around chapter 30-40 to threaten to use that spell against deliora. Is there something new between chapter 40 and 522 ? Or is it 500 chapter of grey threatening to use that spell and the story focusing on grey, Ur and deliora ?!?! Or maybe it's just my bad luck and chapter 522 is just randomly talking about past things.. ? Let me guess : natsu is gonna stop him last minut, like in the first chapters ?! | ||

Everyone who reads fairy tail leads a more miserable life compared to how it was before they got into it. if you want a proper battle/action manga then read hunter x hunter. if you don't mind manhwa then i recommend tower of god (there's a thread on TL about it aswell). both of them much much much better than FT and much more worth your time. FT is basically the manga where the power of friendship and plot armor reign supreme and if there's a girl in a chapter then you better be sure you'll see up her skirt or have her boobs thrown into your face. Where master tacticians are completely brainless and where you get a 20 chapter buildup, showing how strong the person is just to have him oneshot by deus ex machina. Pretty much everyone reading FT is only doing it because they' re too far in to quit and they just want to stick it out till the end. | ||

The problem is that every fight has always played out the exact same way, and power levels were never consistent. Plot armor has always been there. Friendship speeches have always been there.
