There was a joke about the subway manager refusing to get up and get his own coat, wanting to have it handed to him. When they didn't hand him the coat, he decided to keep sitting there.
I didn't get it. Was it just a really bad joke, or was there something more to it?
I could write it off as a bad joke, but it just felt like there was something more to it. Anyone have any ideas on that? Lol.. he had an erection from listening to recording of Britta and Subway having sex. Personally I've loved the newest 3 episodes, really big fan of the show, hope it continues. Crazy news about the fight between Dan Harmon and Chevy Chase right? Hope they sort it out and it doesn't affect shit.
LOL I didnt' get it either. Awesome.

Loved the last episode, but the ending was kind of worrying, when they say that we need to keep the TV on and then suddenly... zap.

I don't get why you guys are condemning this season. It's still the same old Community, just making its mark in completely new ways.
I feel the problem the show is running into is it's lack of sustained development. I thought the two parter was great because we had a splice in Abed and Troy from the first part that was further developed in the pillow episode. Unfortunately(to some) they didn't choose to prolong the conflict over two weeks and make it feel like a series that REALLY continues subsequent to every episode.
Sure the jokes and some of the minor plot references/development is affected by past episodes, but overall the show has very little connection between every episode. I mean in the first season they were at least linked by Chang and his Spanish class, but now there seems to be no point.

This last episode was funny as hell. Already the first scene had me in stitches. It ended with a nice revelation (although I doubt it will have any effect on any of the characters) and the stand-up bit after the credits was hilarious. Best episode in a loing time.

Really enjoying this season, great episodes so far. Glad to see that community is still a great show and can't wait for the rest.

last nights episode was just awesome

"I need help reacting to something."
God I love Abed. <3

Definitely one of the best comedy shows out there with It's always sunny...
The humor is at times quite witty so some people just don't get it

I got to know, am I the only one who had the sudden urge to watch Blade after last weeks episode? :Þ
|
I kinda feel bad since I've never seen any of the blade movies T.T

So thoughts on the Dreamatorium episode?
Personally, absolutely loved it. The concept was crazy and Troy's reaction to 'not getting' Inception because there were 'too many layers' seems appropriate to describe the layers of the end of the episode. And the further setting up of Britta and Tory should present some good little moments.

Starburns is dead?? I wonder if he'll be in future episodes lol.
|
That episode was so amazingly good. I almost died when the coroner came on!

One of my favourite episodes they've ever done, for sure. Lived up to the hype of all the cast interviews during the hiatus, they were all excited about the L&O episode. I wish there'd been more Britta though

Best episode since the hiatus ended IMO. Unfortunately that isn't saying much though considering most have been pretty lackluster lately. It kind of seemed like they were trying to make Abed the main character instead of Jeff; which just doesn't work because a fast-blinking, stoic, removed, uncomfortably self-aware type can't really be a main character.
Regardless, I feel they brought it back with this episode. One of my favorites in fact. I also loved the Omar Little refrences. No doubt. Also since Starburns just died due to some meth lab related accident, I'm expecting we'll be seeing Gus Fring's cameo sometime soon. Can't wait

holy shit that episode was so hilarious

What a great episode. I have never really seen L&O but they did capture that feel of that tv series. Really great episode from start to finish.

I agree, it took a while for Community to get back into solid form but this is an all-time S-class episode along with the alternate timelines episode, the first 2 documentary episodes, the Pulp Fiction/My Dinner With Andre episode, the first paintball episode, and the Goodfellas chicken fingers episode.
