you are just upset cause they voted germans the most unfunny people on earth
but no i think the only thing that almost made me smile, was cartman trying to turn over the jew to the germans

I hated that talent show episode.
Cripple Fight is gold though.
This episode was pretty shitty except for the reporter who started to break up laughing describing the massacre. lol

I am sorry but this was one of the worst episodes in the whole series. German portrayal was bad. Funnybot wasn't funny except for that pecker joke. The only part that made me laugh was Cartman trying to turn in the jew to the german guys and merkel's (?) male voice. I don't know if some might find it insulting etc, but I really wonder if there will be an Osama episode. Would look forward to it.

wow that episode was truly horrible... I really hope season 15 will get better soon!

i found their "german" speaking kinda funny (it wast german at all).
other than that, bad episode.

One of the worst episodes of South Park ever imo.

use Google to translate your English sentences and let an American who has no clue about the German language and pronunciation read them. That's exactly what it was.

Agreed. Rewinded half of the episode. So boring.

They should have replaced funny bot with Mario Barth and Jay Leno should have killed Kenny :D But the jewish part with Cartman was at least a lil bit funny. btw we have comedy awards in Germany because we take this stuff serious ;-)

I feel this is the weakest season start for SP. 2 really weak episodes to start the season isn't good..

it was so bad you had to watch half of it again?
i thought it was fine.

In comparison to some of the stuff they did in the previous season this most recent episode was just awful. There were only two occasions I can remember laughing and they were at the TV guy called "Sandy Cervix" and a second laugh at the large German woman with the super manly voice.

you cant have every ep. be funny
most of the episodes that cover current events at the time it happens seem to be more amusing
this seems like a filler they made a while ago which isn't bad. naruto does it all the time lol
|
didnt find the episode that bad. but i read this thread before so i knew the backround and didnt have high expectations. imho better then the first one and decently entertaining.
but the "german" used in the episode was a joke. was watching it with a friend and we couldnt understand more then maybe 20% of the words esp at the part without subtitles. sentences were plain wrong etc. maybe its not a big issue but i expect a bit more then google translate.
merkel having a male voice was hilarious tho ~~

Maybe it's just me but I find _every_ episode funny, some more than others though. But then again, I haven't seen or can't recall every episode.

what? episode 1 was pretty funny

This episode was better than last weeks, but still not the best. Weak start for a season. I really laughed at the tyler perry thing though.

Glad to see I'm not alone in my disappointment of episode 2 this season. While I thought Ep. 1 was decent (kind of a letdown as far as season-premiers go..), this episode wasn't really entertaining at all, with the exception being Cartman's attempt at giving Kyle over to the Germans. The Obama speech joke wasn't funny at all, the Medea/Tyler Perry joke was old before it even started, and FunnyBot itself wasn't really entertaining - it felt like a bastardized rehash of the Gay Fish episode with Carlos Men-steal-ia. Just an observation, but Jimmy-centric episodes are really hit/miss for me. The Lake Tardicaca episode may have been the worst episode they've ever done (with this one as a close second), but Nutgobbler and Cripple Fight were fantastic.
It just feels like the writers are running out of things to poke fun at, and political issues to exaggerate. On a random note, I honestly can't believe they haven't done a Harry Potter or Charlie Sheen episode.
Hopefully next week will be a strong one.
