theres a lot of korean kpop fans here on TL, hence the huge Korea Music thread

but korean vocal EDM seems kinda rare?

theres alot of Japanese EDM (trance) thats easy to find like Ayumi Hamasaki CyberTrance songs or Super Best Trance etc

what bout EDM from korea/with korean vocals?

Man so my weekend got a bit ruined from a leg injury

Was supposed to go to a few of the VELD after parties, since I wasnt about to pay $300 for the 2 day festival. Apparently Nero played one on saturday(who I was dying to see, and apparently nearly had the chance to met if me and a few of my housemates hadnt gone to see a movie friday night lol) and then on sunday Knife Party apparently b2bed it with Tommy Trash in what was apparently an insane set only to have Adventure Club come on as a surprise while b2bing with I think DVBBS right after. Les sigh.

In other news, a new Knife Party teaser. It was doing SOOOOOo good until the drop.

Moguai was ok. Carl Cox top notch as always, harder than his usual sets, but that's what you gotta play if you are on the stage he was on. Klaudia Gawlas played both days, two great sets. Wish I could find Eric Sneo's set from Friday.

I might skip it. Theres another Marathon a few weeks before in Toronto. HOWEVER the issue is the one I'm current doing I'm doing with a close friend and we were both planning on travelling out together for it - since it's in Ottawa

We'll see though. I might because of how iconic the set will be.

And ooh, apparently it was Adventure Club and Zedd, AC played early in the night with DVBBS at another club apparently ahah but yea, it would have been incredibly rowdy.

So Cosmic Gate is incredible live. Finally got out to a show for the first time in months, and holy shit did they rock guv. They played an extended (nearly) 3.5hr set. I figured they were going to end it after 2hrs with how the set was at 3am, but they just turned it up to 15 at that point and kept going - it was insane. They also retweeted my comment on the show afterwards which was jokes.

Man the next 2months are going to be great here. So many artists coming <3

That sounds awesome! Love it when DJs just say fuck it and keep playing. Pissed i missed ilan bluestone + jerome isma ae AND cosmic gate + andrew rayel, both shows sounded amazing.

Going to make up for it this weekend with Oliver Smith + Maor levi! I've heard maor levi before and his set is pretty good but I'm REALLY excited for oliver smith. Guy has been putting out amazing tunes for longer than I can remember.
