Can't wait for tonight. 2.5 hours of Adam Ellis + 2.5 hours of Astrix. Going to be absolutely mental.
Also saw andrew bayer and eddie bitar + NEELIX + christopher lawrence in the past few weeks. Both shows absolutely amazing. Andrew Bayer is a hell of a producer.
Booked my trip to San Fran for Dream State festival in January AND Above and Beyond Acoustic at the Chicago Theater in May. All my dreams coming true.

I have a feeling you're not going to like audien much based on the last time I saw him. GO BACK TO MAKING BEAUTIFUL MELODIES AUDIEN. Listening to the ASOT year mix almost every track I've skipped I check and it's a Rayel track lol.
Havent been to a show since adam ellis/astrix in november. Slowly dying on the inside...but there is hope. ONLY ONE WEEK AWAY:
Super excited for cosmic gate, gareth (both been making great comebacks), JoC, Markus, and Vini Vici. And everyone else, the whole lineup is amazing.
Check out gareth's weekly podcast if you aren't, it's been really good since he re-branded it to Electrric for Life. Usually starts off deeper/slower and builds nicely from there so you get a nice mix of house/trance/progressive. His open to close sets all year have been absolutely amazing. + Show Spoiler +
Check out CG podcast too, it's on before ABGT and usually pretty good. CG Live sets have been much better recently from what I've heard as well, they played her a week ago and apparently it was amazing and trance loaded (i was out of town ) + Show Spoiler +
IMO the best track from armin's new garbage album, probably thanks to CG
I've been listening to audiens livesets from recent, and I'm liking him more and more, he's getting a lot better at djing and he still mixes in his earlier work. I also like his new shit too, I guess it's preference

I still enjoyed his set for the most part last time I saw him...I just don't think Duke will enjoy it given his preference towards more pure trance and deep house. But don't listen to audien's christmas mix on soundcloud. Holy shit is that bad.
I've had Anjunabeats 12 and ASOT 747 on repeat all week. So much good music.
Leaving for dreamstate in 2 days and all of these shows have been anounced for spring so far in Chicago: Ben Nicky + Alex Morph Gabriel & Dresden Classics Max Graham 5 hr open to close Anjunabeats Tour: Bayer, Bluestone, and Jason Ross John O Callaghan + Bryan Kearney Above & Beyond Acoustic

It's gonna be a good year :D
How was Dreamstate Decaf? I was able to listen to a couple of Cosmic Gate's recent set and I wasn't too impressed so I skipped the show as I normally do with trance events. Trance really is in such a sad state for me currently. To be honest though it's not all in the current scene, some of it is my busy work schedule and just plain getting old.
Also there are some really good Trance DJs, just from what I see those DJs tend to be more pushing the psy-trance relm these days.
Oh! For any trance fans you should definitely take a listen to the below three sets, specifically the Seb Fontaine and Paul Oakenfold sets. Both really old school set from back in 90s and are top quality.
Dream state was amazing! Been super busy, I'll write a mini review later. Going to see Kygo tonight at navy pier lol (my gf loves him and she just came to dream state with me soooo)
