Perhaps that's what Cr1t was used to on OG. Fly/Notail are such a couple that I imagine they've developed a collaborative captaining style. A style that doesn't work for EG, and a style that Cr1t hasn't mastered.

Standin is probably one of the main reasons this happened. A guy who knows what to do is pretty important.

I think it puts less pressure on Empire, firstly you are seen as the weaker team, secondly you have a standin so you have low expectations. The pressure EG has on them is immense.
