Although I have no idea how EG/DC will turn out, I fully expect Wings to win despite being an EG fan. It's not really the same as last year.

That's another indication of Valve getting better at producing quality events.
Production AND games were amazing so far and even the schedule was adhered to pretty well.
I am very satisfied with the 30 or so bucks I spent on the compendium this year and what I've received for it
