Let's suppose Tnc actually get an early game advantage with their draft. Then what? Are they going to push towers? No, their heroes don't do that. Are they going to kill DC's heroes constantly and snowball? No, their heroes don't do that. No matter what it was DC who could control if, when, and where fights happen while Tnc's best case scenario of winning the early game enables them to... farm jungle stacks and ancient stacks? And not even be able to take rosh?

Ember's job this game is literally don't walk into chrono, and use manta when Demon uses global while spamming fists. That's it.

Also, i don't assume, i know that ember + magnus means that ember always has additional 4300 gold worth of items in form of empower. So, by the 26 minute mark, you have a double bf ember + daedalus if ember knows how to farm. That, plus AA ult, plus any half decent RP (against 3 melee cores rofl)=easy game easy life.

Obviously Tnc's subpar performance did not help it but their hopes this game were only in dominating it because they had 0 chance in teamfights after certain point.

Double bf even with empower if you slight alch during 23 minute mark with almost 6 slot farm is not gonna do shit. And what's ember gonna do in global when his entire team gets silenced

You are assuming that axe/timber will never interfere or do anything and the others don't actually do anything, and that the entire DC is free reign even though there's a silencer in the other team. Obviously TNC deserves to lose this game but the draft is no
