you're being ridiculous, EG played around the golems incredibly well. Sumail, Zai, Fear played fucking amazingly and Im not even an EG fan

They did well, but they literally couldn't break highground becase of Miranas Aghs and the fact that SD illusions were stronger then Juggs manta (poor ass SD > farmed Jugg in early game)

EG played super well to win, but seriously, Mirana needs to get nerfed. When even Old Chicken makes the hero look good it's ridiculous.

I mean Ehome made big mistakes but so did EG. Remember the push mid where they overextended and fed? It's dota. There will be mistakes. Can't call it a throw just because of that.

my read on that game is EG and EHOME are evenly matched but that draft was literally unbeatable with EHOME's comp. the only reason they even got that far is because they completely shut down EG early and Axe had like a 16 minute blink dagger or some shit and EHOME snowballed a gold lead off that (stuff like Warlock Aghs-Refresher and shit).

Play that game 10 more times, EHOME always lose in 30.

I actually think the ogre pick is what lost it for them. The control was nice for earlier game, but I think a more solid support like WW would have been better

It really wasn't a throw. Ehome maybe made some small mistakes, but EG played better.

It was. Timber over committed for PPD after they got megas, which allowed eg to push mid last hurrah as he had no buyback. He could have stalled the last push.

the issue is that the EG ranged heroes all had dagons, timber would have died too if he didn't kill the supports

when theres no options left?

Yeah, ehom should just have let their supports farm., they were impatient, all cores were 6 slotted, they could farm their supports safely at this point even if it took 20 minutes.

This too. I was so triggered when I see Midas off CD on Warlock everytime the camera focuses on his character.

Zai was never actually poor on SD. He was really farmed from about 15 minutes on.

Game was never supposed to go that long. For either team's planning.

Did the people praising Suma1L even watch the game? That win was all on the back of Universe.

It was both man, sumail had an unreal game too. Universe was godlike tho

every single EG player played well (PPD with the calculated feed and fantasy points)

Fear had some good initiations and zai farmed like a machine for a 4 position, he had a dagon at the end too (and allowed for the cheese pushes with illusions)

I mean I'll even give you Zai and Fear, they both played phenomenaly. But Suma1L did absolutely nothing spectacular this game. I'm not saying he's shit etc, I'm saying he's not the one worthy of all this praise right now. He's not the one who made any of the game winning plays.

Yeah, they played incredbly well around the golems. By always getting hit. Amazing stuff. I hope your next argument won't be the axe call into aa ulti. Or the amazingly difficult potm dagger into double starstorm + eblade + dagon combo.

Criticizing is easy for salty scrubs. Appreciating fun dota is hard.
