Is Blink/Staff to get you close enough to get that kill with Mana Burn or Impale?? Blink/Force also lets you initiate better instead of awkwardly walking in with Vendetta, and it has other uses such as jumping into fire to stun Tinkers, Bats, Enigma, etc with Carapace. If you're using Vendetta and they're TPing away, that's a lot of damage wasted if you have to impale/carapace before you can hit with Vendetta.

1) When do you start stacking camps/Sandstorming them? If there's not much going on, is it worth it to pick up a second level of sandstorm earlier and delaying your Q levels a bit in favor of a bit faster farming for a quicker blink? 2) Suppose your team isn't doing well or it's a kind of a farmfest game; what should your item progression look like? When I'm ganking a lot I like to go Arcane>Urn>Dagger, but if you can't gank a lot, should you push up the timing of your dagger? Perhaps even before arcanes? 3) If you're stuck in a 2v2 lane, assuming you're safe lane; what should you be doing? I played a game this morning where we were 2v2 (no offlaners) and I was paired with an AM. I tried pulling for my carry, but he/she didn't have the best mechanics and didn't really get any of the last hits and took a ton of damage. After that I kind of sat there in the lane while the guy didn't farm that well, and we didn't really have any kill potential; I didn't know what I should be doing. Is it better to go farm jungle and let the carry fend for himself so I get a faster blink so you can maybe make things happen in the midgame? I am really lost in these kinds of situations.

I am really lost in these kinds of situations. 1. as early as you can without losing out on kills. sandstorm at 2 and 3 if nothings happening 2. boots -> dagger. i think urn arcanes is a bit overkill, mana pots are usually enough 3. roam or jungle

Start stacking as soon as you can, try to get a kill to help you on your way to lvl 3, because you kinda need lvl 2 sandstorm.

The whole point of BS is to not feed him though, then he does nothing. If you have to, group up a lot so that he can't kill anybody to heal before he just dies.

In 1v1 lane I always found him vulnerable to early pressure. A full health bloodseeker can lane well and sustain himself, but his entire laning strategy is based on sustain by bloodbath and silencing the opponent. If he's too wounded to consistently go for last hits his laning presence falls off hard. I always liked pressuring bloodseekers at level 1, but I'm not sure if that's really the optimal way to do things so your mileage may vary.
