I came accros bloodseeker and i really sucked with that guy, i used the searchfunction but it didnt gave me much results or i missed it. So, i did some research on datdota and the pro's dont seem to have reached consensus about this guy in 6.80. Some items i have seen in the last 6 promatches in 6.80 with bloodseeka : PT, phaseboots, radiance, drums, forcestaff, S&Y, manta, butterblies, vangaurd, shadowblade, drums, bkb, dagon, blademail.
So, my questions :
1. What skillorder seems best? 2. What items should i mostly go for? 3. When do you rush a radiance? (as this seems a wierd item for a bloodseeker) 4. When do you rush a blademail? (as this seems a wierd item for a bloodseeker) Purely from looking at Wagas stream a bit (he seems to like bloodseeker) he seems to favour stat items that makes you tankier while giving you a bit of damage. It kinda makes sense though since you'll never be that run-in-and-wreck-shit-hero that just slay stuff in seconds. To actually be able to hit stuff you need to tank up. Thats the reason for blademail, you just get focused down and/or kited if you build for raw damage. I think his go-to build was something along the lines of Treads->Drums->Blademail->SnY->Mjollnir. BKB if needed. All kinda semi-tank/semi-dmg items. It seems reasonable to me too. Hitting a blademail + eventually mjollnir bloodseeker is something you need to think twice about before you do. Dagon and Force aer pub stomp items (feel free if you wanna have a bit of fun). Vanguard is wasted 875g because he doesnt need the regen. And dont go radiance. Please.
Thank you. I am gonna try this itembuild! Must be good because wagamama is god of pro's and lesser mortals tight!?
I know, but i dont like bumping old threads. If any admins believes these posts are better suited for that old thread they may replace them ofcourse.

Is there a special way to play Nature's Prophet when matched up vs Antimage?

Is there a reason too not go for a skadi instead of a S&Y as a 4th item in that itemorder?

Dont ask me :p
Better buildup for SnY maybe? Or for the movespeed? Dno.

You might consider rushing orchid (or hex if you get a great start) and to make ganking him much easier; best tell your teammates to gank him at the second you finish the item. Other than that, dont give him much space, and push fast. I think even standard play from furion is already countering antimage to quite a good extend.

I tried your itembuild and i went 30 13 4 and won the game with a feeding coptor 2 17 on my team. Only remark is that bkb felt a bit late as 6th item (i got focussed down with bursts). So, ill trade the bkb with the molnjir next time and see if that works better for me
Thx man, was an awesome game with an awesome itembuild. Gonna play this build alot more.

BKB is always situational: if the enemy team has few nukes or stuns you can be proactive with silence but if their lineup can stun for days a bkb is a good investment. Don't blindly stick to a single build be sure to adapt based on the current game.
On another note I can never figure out when to buy necrobook or how to use it. On what heros and against which lineups should I buy it? When I do buy it I'm never sure if i should push with it or fight with it and whichever I do it always feels lackluster.

Necrobook never really seems to drop off, but it certainly is especially useful when gotten earlier. Where I get the most use out of it is when I'm playing a flexible hero that can get necrobook as a 1st or 2nd major item pretty early. Maybe I'm wrong, but I really like the supportive necrobook on someone like Phoenix or Venomancer for example since they don't really have hard item requirements so aren't sacrificing something badly needed. (Same would apply to many other supports as well, but others have more difficult item trade-offs).
With Phoenix for example I can go tranq boots -> mek -> necro and have the necro contribute greatly to mid game teamfights (which Phoenix already contributes greatly to) and will usually do so if I feel like my team is at a disadvantage in pushing against the other team, but otherwise stronger in team fights.
I always found necrobook to just shine in either split pushing or dedicated team efforts. So either I want to be someone like NP/Lycan who can push solo, but annihilates towers fast with the support or I want to be a hero that really wants to force teamfights (pushing with necro units as a team) and can help take those fights. Uh my crappy/basic usage in a teamfight is usually try to burn mana of someone then keep archer alive while putting the melee necro unit on someone squishy who will take a lot of damage by killing or tanking the unit (or waste a lot of time running away).

I want to hear some item builds that will be effective for team fights early in the game for Void. Is it like this? Threads, Magic Wand into BKB?
Please give me your suggestions.
I'd go poor man's shield, threads, ring of health into battlefury and it usually works (because enemy team allows me to LOL)
|
A) Its Treads not Threads (no "h") B) Treads, Poor Man's Shield, Mask of Madness is your cheapest teamfight contribution option. BKB is always situational on void since u can often chrono the disablers. Next option would be maelstrom
|
Treads -> MoM is good for pick offs to Maelstrom(farming)/Crit(deeps)

It's hard to be a teamfight threat on Void outside of just ulting before 2-3 items.
If you want to make early pressure, it's largely gank/solo kill pressure, which, as mentioned, MoM is good for.

I just realized sa can get the blink strike damage without revealing himself, and i'm trying to figure out how much that affects his value and ability to kill people midgame. any thoughts?

How can I win a game. When a guy calls safe lane carry with Invoker... 602907697
Would love to know what we could have done better. I felt I was the only one who defended towers. Had to buy wards to secure jungle vision. (I played my worst game in a long time)

my long-term solution: play CM
lessens the stupid picks (5 carries/ mountain profit / TB / can ban lycan etc)
it takes more time but more fun rather than waste your time

This game too. I really dont know how to handle games like this. People diving us t2 early in game. While they have a naga siren farming behind it. 602966639

This isn't really the thread for replay analysis unless you have a specific moment
