What Yango said. It's not that Skadi is particularly a horrible item (plenty of heroes can make use of it), its just priority lies with items that supplement your farming or synergize incredibly well with your heroes skillset. In PL's case, former would be Yasha(movespeed) while latter synergy would be Diffusal Blade. Always remember a carries goal is to farm as quickly and efficiently as possible, which is why Bfury,Midas,Maelstrom, and Yasha core pickups on different carries.

Also, is it possible to get a crit and a minibash at the same time, and if so, does the crit add the minibash damage into the calculation? Edit: Also (sorry, I get these kind of questions almost non-stop while reading threads) if Silencer uses last word on alchemist, and alchemist uses unstable concoction, does starting the concoction proc last word? Along the same vein, if Silencer casts last word on Alchemist after Alchemist activates unstable concoction, does throwing the concoction proc last word? Additionally, do ults like Lone Druid and Alch proc last word?

Well, if it does use PRD, then you could potentially create opportunities for first or second hit entangles by hitting creeps until you've gone on a streak without procs. Maybe that's how Admiral Bulldog does it O.o

Yes it is different from DotA 1 and has not been fixed in DotA 2. Entangle is based on Orb of Slow in DotA 1, which does use PRD to determine proc (same base spell as Maelstrom/Mjollnir). However, no cooldown-based procs use PRD in DotA 2. Being triggered has nothing to do with it, because the trigger can be tied to a base spell that uses PRD to determine procs.

why is bara harder to play against in this version than the previous version where empowering haste adds 62 physical damage at lvl 7? (personally im guessing it's due to the new charge faster, doesn't show sign and is harder to stun before hitting and more nuking ability with spells) nowadays i see bara, furion and slark in almost every -ap game i play (bara ~95%, furion 90%, slark 70-80% of the games), is there any heroes that can solo rape all three of these(can't rely on teammates) throughout all stages of the game or at least two(early, mid, late)?

- a bit underpowered - not fitting the metagame However, this is a very vague sentence. Is the metagame the real thing and all heroes are well balanced? Or is it the other way around. My question is : have we seen in the past massive drop in popularities of some heroes without any balance patch? Or massive surge in popularities?
