I feel like getting CS is hard when refraction gives her such a crazybutt damage, also hardtrades should not work I think? when puck vs ta focus on denies more to slow down ta's bottle. once he has bottle then its a battle of mechanics. ta has the upper hand in last hitting but he cannot kill you, whereas you can kill him if he overextends. the best thing for puck to do is trade harrass while dodging attacks with phase shift when possible. ta will have to take creep aggro to return hits and therefore will lose refraction charges, and then you can use orb and whatever to harrass properly. securing the runes is also what will most likely determine who wins the lane, as a double damage or haste on either of the heroes can lead to a kill. if none of you get an important rune then ta is normally expected to win the lane, simply because you cant last hit against him. also pay extra attention to your positioning. dont stand still in the lane and dont move back and forth sideways very obviously. good ta players can win lanes at lvl 2 by just psi blading the hell out of their opponents. I can't figure out whether I should be trying to master just a few heroes or learning ones I haven't played yet. start off by learning one hero for each role/lane, that way you have something to play no matter where you go. but you should try to how every hero works in general (skills and usual item pickups etc). speaking from experience, i focused on clinkz and bloodseeker when i was starting out a long time ago, and played them heaps until i could win games pretty much on my own. then i would start playing different heroes, because by then you know how every hero works and what to do or what not to do against them. keep in mind though, that this was a long time ago, so the general playerbase was worse and it was far easier to win games on your own

Can a Tinker rearm a "Hand of Midas"? Wouldn't that be quite strong? Why is nobody doing this?

He actually can rearm Mekansm. It's just that Mekansm has the debuff that prevents successive Mek heals. But you CAN use to push multiple lanes using it on creeps (Puppey did this in a game a while back on jungle Tinker).

IIRC Doom was also removed from the list of Kraken Shell dispels a while back to make it so that Dark Pact does not remove Doom (Dark Pact and Kraken Shell use the same list of buffs to purge). Doom disabling Kraken Shell is for the purpose of Kraken Shell not purging other buffs while Doom is active.
