I think everyone in the Na'Vi thread has noticed this lol. As for Xboct undermining Fng, honestly it just seems that Na'Vi wanted a captain to draft heroes they like playing. Fng is much more of a Puppey type captain that just drafts shit he thinks works. Clearly that did not go well with the rest of the team. I don't want to flame Goblak, but I think he's more well-suited to be a coach.

I hope goblak can do well, but I kind of lost faith in his picks/ideas of the game when he was hammering home ideas in RoX.KiS a month before and during TI4 that just weren't working. I don't mind that he tried shit differently, but that he was sticking to it for so long despite it getting stomped. Hopefully with Na'Vi he doesn't get stuck on how he thinks it should play.

They can't make the new and upcoming picks work. I'm sorry but Goblak did so much better in hes previous teams which leads me to believe there is something very wrong with the ideas rest of Na'Vi squad has. Lets be honest they don't play many heroes and to be competitive you need to be innovative if you always go back to similar style you won't last long. XBOCT and Dendi just look narrowminded at best at the moment regarding their picks and the way the game should be played.

Nice job. NaVi has its drama that for sure and no one can deny it, but now I am gonna hang out in Team Secret's discussion and see how you are dealing with the drama there. Quite hot at the moment, I wonder if it is related in any way to NaVi's past-current drama, maybe its contagious and any guy how was once part of the team takes it to his new team. I don't know....

I'm sorry but if you are not willing to learn from the people around you because you are stubborn then you are the problem and not the new people in your team. It doesn't matter how much skill you have when you can't see or at last try to understand the direction your new captains are trying to take you and put some effort in to trying to learn it. Now i kinda have a feeling this is why Na'Vi never scrimmed because regardless of what Puppey or Kuro might of come up with the unwillingness of your team mates to adjust drove them away from the team. I am not saying that Puppey or Kuroky haven't done the same but they actually have results now when they are no longer part of Na'Vi compared to before when a lot of the times losses were blamed on Puppeys draft prio and during ti4. The team is in shambles and i do not see how any CIS player can fix it if the 3 stooges of the team don't start accepting diffrent ideas.

People have taken disparate pieces of information, weaved entire massive narratives out of them, and come to this thread to make statements predicated on the veracity of these imagined narratives. It's quite tiring.

Lol, I like how you're the only 1 constantly defending NaVi and shooting on secret. Shows how big a NaVi fan boy u r. But comparing the dramas NaVi has to secret's. "I have fun playing the game for the first time after a long time...." -> Proceeds to kicking fng. Well but the community needs some1 like u. Cheers :D

The recent comments by Dendi on his stream shed light on how behind he is. I think the last time he actually knew what the meta was about was TI3

It's quite tiring. That might be true how ever as you see the situation is quite diffrent now. When was the last time you saw Dendi actually been the super-star player that he is supposed to be? Yea i know dota is a team game and what not but players with brilliance always shine regardless of the outcome of the match. I haven't seen anything of a sort from him in quite a while , mind you last time i watched a game of Na'Vi was before they removed Fng where he and XBOCT commented on how they found new joy of playing the game and they were ready to conquer new frontiers, we all know how that ended up. I do not want to be a doom and gloom guy but honestly as the poster above mentioned watch his stream and if you know what to look for you will understand that Dendi is a sitting duck not knowing where to go from here he has no grasp of the changes around him that are happening with the game. Eitherway this team needs a shake up and a big one either some retirements are complete dissolve of this current Na'Vi squad and look for new greener pastures where players can play without so much tension on them.

Dendi makes godly plays on a constant basis. Only fools think he is washed up. His team is bad. That is the end of the story.

That is the end of the story. pretty sure dendi could perform incredibly if he is in a good team however i still don't think he will be the one of the best players like how he was before .. competition is tight and fiercer than it was ever before tbh just individual skill wise there are so many damn good players right now

Cheers :D Oh man, people constantly build speeches based on what is not said instead on what is specifically said. I never defended NaVi, in fact I recognized that there is a lot of drama around and big problems prior and post TI4. What I am pointing here is that a lot of former NaVi fans (now turned to Team Secret) reappeared here after a long time just to go again into the same old story about how much Xboct sucks (we all agree on that) and how much time has passed since he got the lottery ticket to get kicked out. Some specific insights, they said the were having fun, and just after some patch changes the meta didn't fit Fng's draft as stated by Dendi on the airport interview and Fng didn't want to adapt, that is when Dendi began to draft and, once again, Fng was against this kind of draft because it wasn't as aggressive as he wanted to play, I guess that is what made them decide to kick him and hire Goblak (mixed with the overrun suffered against VP.P commanded by Goblak himself). About the dramas... I don't hear Xboct, Dendi, Funnik, Puppey or Kuroky talking about their affairs, its all in the community, so whether you like it or not, NaVi has drama as much as Team Secret had this past week with the roster changes but in another sense, they kicked out someone, a decision that the community found by no means acceptable. The community didn't want N0tail out of TS as much as they want Xboct out of NaVi. In fact I was completely against TS kicking N0tail, I respect him so much and admire his performance since before Fnatic being disbanded. And I am rooting for the Xboct kick since some time already. I think the last time he actually knew what the meta was about was TI3 The recent comments by Dendi just strengthen how much he dislikes the bot farming experience with little early action shown in the last patches. I am sure he he hates rightclicks heroes and the good shape they showed the past months. If you think Dendi is washed up because he is not as good with Lycan as RTZ then you should think about his Tinker (that got nerfed lately), he didn't seem washed up at that time. And I believe it is all about the animistic state of each player and the comfort they find with each meta. We will see once again when the meta turns around, maybe in a year or so.
