I'm happy that they're staying together. I don't think Sonneiko is too good for NaVi. I got that feeling when I was watching the TI5 comments, but when I actually watched the VODs myself, I noticed how he made so many bad mistakes on top of the awesome plays he made. I think he can still grow with the team. He's an intelligent played and needs a stable team that knows their shit, where he can perfect his playing style and shape up on the details. And, I mean, NaVi weren't bad at TI5, and definitely had their moments. At times, they just seemed to lack the ideas or the last bit of timing to get things done. In a few matches they admittedly fell apart a bit late game.

I'm really excited about the PSM pick-up. YeS were great as a team in the TI5 qualifiers, so if he can take a good share of the credit for that, it's impressive. And he seems like a generally good player. With him, I think NaVi can find their way. Dendi still has some of his flair, which will still give them an edge in some matches. They know how to play together and even if XBOCT and Funn1k are not on top of their game every time they play, it's still a line-up of hugely talented players.
I am not sure what to say

Well ArtStyle as coach and PSM as 5th and captain could be very good

For once YeS was all about that aggresion that we all know and love, maybe with better all around players NaVi could make it work much better

Of course Sonneiko still has a lot of room and potential to grow, he started playing dota in what, 2013? It's pretty insane he's already as good as he is.

Not even... it's like 2014. I think he played League before that... he's barely 18, and given that I think his potential is great. I'm excited for him to be on NaVi

Here is kudes dotabuff http://www.dotabuff.com/players/114716113

Also I wonder why there is no news about PSM joining on the front page - usually na'vi related news spread much faster. I guess the community has lost its interest in the team. Well, less bandwagoners the better.

Kind of whatever, I am not able to get anything clear out of it.

Dendi is totally right. I never see him lose mid, yet I see so much flame about how he's a mediocre mid player etc. When does he actually lose? Only when their mid has a lot of rotations and he has none. Straight up 1v1 he's absolutely tier 1. I hope this lineup is going to be strong enough to give him the context he needs to showcase that.

Don't know anything about PSM. Guess most people don't. Happy with the other 4 in the team so I just hope he can fit in nicely.

have to agree with that dendi may not sound or look like what he has been the past TI
but sure dendi still has that monster inside of him

Rtz first started gaining popularity due to him smashing mids including dendi back then. That was before farming mid era happened.

There was even match back on Kaipi days where rtz TA demolished dendi mid so hard (it was on The Defense tournament iirc). On another note rtz also mentioned once on his stream that NA mids are generally better laners than EU mids however it's not true that NA mids are better than EU on other aspects of the game as the mid.

This is what I don't understand. He's consistently even/ahead on CS in almost every game - including against EG/Secret - how can you think that RTZ smashes him? RTZ is likely ahead of Dendi by the end of the game, but that's because Na'Vi is not a T1 team right now.

Why don't you watch that game (Kp vs Navi The Defense) yourself for you to see reminder that that was 2 years ago that was back when rtz is unpolished. There's also another factor you have to take note that dendi usually plays lane dominating heroes and favorable lane matchup(notably qop/sf/lesh/lina alot of times, .. he's given a looot of qop/SF) so it's given that he should do ok on lane every competent mid should do well with those heroes while rtz back on the EG days has played random shit like lycan/pa/naga/morph mid(well before all the SF/TA returned into the meta) which shouldn't do well but yet he still does well against heroes he's not supposed to do well (there was one game where rtz played puck and he smashed unfavorable matchup look it up on youtube it's also on the chad guide to midlane iirc if you are having trouble looking it up).

Idk about you but one of the obvious reasons why rtz is highly regarded by pros is that he was the one who optimized and showed really good exploiting of creep aggro, double waving and other laning tricks. Also that jungle abuse as a midlayer.

Also come on it's very very clear that rtz is better at many aspects than most core players including dendi. That includes farming + mapawareness, laning, hero pool and lategame decision making even drafting input (notably puppey special mentioning rtz for his draft input on an interview and ppd with the "produces independent thought" on his blog). He's also played on godtier teams like EG and top not godtier teams like Kaipi/Speedgaming as well as teams SHIT teams like Take Five and he's still pretty good,
