Very interesting from S4 in the post game interview where he said they adjusted their game because they felt Team Secret were scared of them, thus they could play like they did in game 3 after the bad laning stage. Secret will be kicking themselves for not going for the kill now but they were respectful of what EG could do and you can argue if they played aggro in game 2 they might have lost it. Amazing from the boys though...BLEEED BLUEEEE | ||

And finishing 3rd/4th at TI still makes you a top tier team and it's probably a big enough check to keep the team together | ||

They won't stick together even if they win. And they CAN do it. EG is the third best team by a large margin from VG, Liquid, RNG and Secret even. With that said, every team can reveal some strat and win, or even just outdraft, a lucky rune, etc. Would say there are 6~5 teams capable of winning it all. | ||

If EG keeps up their level of play, they will be fine against any of the LB teams. I'm not worried. Anything less than the championship is a failure for this roster really. One year without winning any big tournament is a little bit much for them. If they don't win this TI, there will be some changes (Zai coming back lol?). But if they do, it might be a different story. | ||
