ok i read the whole thing, it was so long t.t

i would summarise as:

history of sadboys forming and eg's ups and downs (interesting read but very long winded, lots of behind the scenes insights into his mentality after big wins and losses). a bunch of stuff about envy. he seems very close to envy and wanted to play on the same team as him for most of the EG period (?).

post TI4 eg had a lot of problems due to not adapting to the new playstyle in 6.82 and him and PPD weren't agreeing on strategy and the rest of the team weren't helpful. he talks about bad drafts, team morale/mentality, and lots of poor play and key losses which broke their spirit. talks a lot about importance of a strong team mentality, confidence in yourself to win and that sort of thing.

gets mad that a scrim result was leaked by an NA team (iannihilate took the screenshot, not sure who leaked it). says na dota scene is bad, they will never scrim with this team again, and that lots of good players wont get a chance because of things like leaking scrim results. adds some comments about EG's new lineup and says they are stronger now they have reformed and says sumail is talented but young and has lots of complications due to his age/schooling requirements.

zai had been approached to play for secret and eventually wanted to join. rtz had talked to most of the teams that were looking to reshuffle and eventually decided on going with zai to secret. he's very happy with the move and says he's very motivated. says he's not streaming because "china mini international" is coming up and he's focusing on improving.

His comments about Sumail should be required reading for anyone thinking of throwing school into the wind to try and go pro honestly.

I just want to say I feel bad for Sumail. He's going to have a huge dip in grades. I started Grade 12 with a 98% average, then 88% average, then I went below 50% average. I passed the year with my first two terms of marks. I skipped my history exam and got a complete 0. I almost failed highschool because of a four week bootcamp in Europe. Right now he's really young so school doesn't matter at all. But I missed so many classes I couldn't do anything. That guy man, he better fucking realize. It's so incredibly stressful to not have your parents understand that. When I mom understood it got pretty chill. My teachers got mad but that's alright, watch Grey's Anatomy.

Their last professional game was 14 days ago, at HyperX D2L in Las Vegas, Nevada. They are preparing to travel to China for DAC, so they've practicing a lot and focusing on the upcoming tournament.
