Don't get me wrong - they're not bad... just what I like in games has changed, and the pokemon formula (at least the last few I tried to play) hasn't really. | ||

Apex Legends update: The wife has officially been able to down someone, but not survive the encounter due to us getting rolled up on by two other squads. Teaching her and my buddy the ebb and flow of a BR game has been harder than I thought. Though we are better off now that they have realized sniper rifles situational weapons. They are all about the shotguns and wingman now. The Division 2 is next on our list. Though we still keep looking at Anthem. But it sounds like that game will be better to return to this summer after all the patches hit. Edit: I am also reminded today that I need to play through Horizon Zero Dawn again. And they need to announce a follow up to that game, because it is the best YA novel as a video game ever made. Like seriously, the characters and plot of that game are more interesting than they have any justification to be. | ||
