They were also adamant about not sharing secret goals (I appreciated this) and most of us didn't look at next level's cards until we hit that level. We are not that invested in missing content. There is no way we will ever see all of this game and we don’t mind that much. Plus by the time we get close to finishing it, who knows how many expansions will exist? My wife likes the high damage of the tinker and the light healing abilities. I think she is going to keep going DPS and try to find more ways to summon monsters. I need to find a miniature for her “harmless contraption” summon. In Poland, and some other European countries, if a government fails to produce a new budget bill within a certain time frame as defined by the constitution, the president can dissolve the parliament and call new elections. It happened once in the 1990s iirc | ||

Each state manages itself and the Federal government manages everything the states cannot(aka, highways between states, the army, federal courts, cross state regulations)The Federal government shutdown does not impact the a state government directly. We don’t have a parliament in the states or federal government, but a legislature, executive branch and court. The legislature controls the budget and funding. The most important part is that we have elections every 2 years(for the entire House and 1/3 of the senate). There is no forcing elections, people are stuck with the poor decisions they made. This is true for both state governments and the federal government. In this case, a portion of the federal government’s funding expired because Trump is demanding funding for his dumb wall from the legislature(congress). There isn’t a lot of support for the dumb wall in congress and no budget with funding for it would pass both chambers(or even one chamber). So because of that and that Republicans in the senate don’t want to override Trump, part of the government’s funding has expired. So parts of the government are not funded. The US system is weird because it is oddly resilient even when the legislature fails. The agencies are independent enough to stockpile money for when shut downs happen. But that only lasts for so long. Very soon you will see things like the Federal Courts shut down(January 11, 2019 to be exact) and then things will get serious. The US system doesn’t implode, it slowly decays and rots. | ||

P.s I don’t know if you kept watching but as someone who play 130 games of T this season actually g1 of the next series against a Terran 600mmr higher than him is kind of depressing. | ||
