I'm not only expected to do my job as a programmer(which is why they hired me in the firstplace) but i also sometimes do secretary work(my immediate superior is the secretary which also happens to be the sort-off head IT of the gov. agency) for the regional director(i work for the government). I also do plenty of troubleshooting and just general office assistance (just about anything IT related ) so it can be annoying when i'm in the middle of a really frustrating debugging process or just coding a complicated solution that requires my full attention as they tend to cut me off in the middle of work. I am also placed beside the main phoneline of the agency so i answer alot of phonecalls sometimes for agenda definitely not for me(like for the legal department) I actually do alooot more work now than before (tho now i only work like 8-9 hrs a day while previously i did work 14-16 hrs a day). I feel like i'm doing work of 2-3 people but i don't actually feel like i hate my job like before. It's just exhausting but satisfying i guess Maybe it also helps that the people i work with are pleasant and actually nice. And going home 5 pm everyday seems nice | ||

i played like 50 games last 5 years i lose every game cuz apparently mmr never decays or watever may i add i played my couple calibration games with terran and protoss(lol) and as a surprise to noone i got ranked higher protoss mmr than terran even tho i probabaly played 20 lifetime protoss games compared to my couple thousand terran games | ||

First it just place me against people i beat over and over. then it promote me straight from gold to diamond. and now this season its normalized to feel about right and im where i deserve to be in low diamond. T is pretty punishing to play as old/slow/bad version of me. /shrug | ||
