Yea there's already an angry thread about it on reddit. I don't think I've actually played against it more than once thankfully, and I've only drafted it once. There's some small tweaks that could be made, but the game is real fun for me so far. I haven't been able to get into a single card game since I played Magic/Yugioh a tiny bit when I was 15-16. HS always felt blah to me.

Leaving such an influential effect up to a coin flip is idiotic, at least limit it to only triggering once per unit per turn
Had an enemy get the proc like 8 times in a row

The only way to beat cheating death is using RNG as well.
Killed a fucker with selemene, ogre magi and about 5 thunder god's wrath x)
But otherwise I usually just nope out of the lane really fast unless I have to

I think cheating death has made me prioritize being able to condemn improvements too much, i always end up with 1 or 2 dead cards because i picked stuff to fuck with improvements
And then they run none
