What I've done so far is jam things like the calender and samsung browser into their own folder. I kind of see it as the same thing that Bell does when they put their own garbage apps onto the phone. They can pretty much be hidden away (or maybe removed i unno). Bixby can be completely disabled too and the button can be remapped with an app. In my view every other android phone had more drawbacks: LG G7: no amoled, no stereo, garbage band support, really nice camera setup tho Sony Xperia: Bezels. branding on the front, quiet speakers, really low finger print sensor placement (for me) OP6: not carrier subsidized, no stereo, lesser camera Pixel - sd835, no 3.5mm, but fast updates HTC U12: don't really see where it beats the s9 The other upside to getting the s9 is that theres a samsung retail store nearby that can do repairs if needed. Samsung has slow updates but oh well. | ||

I've only had it for a few days but i think the bloatware is a bit overblown. I think it was worse on older galaxy phones. Yea I had an S4 for 5 years. Probably why I think that. | ||

Megadimension Neptunia V2 is similarly a game where they've tried to change the grind, and it feels the approach was to make abilities cost less, and be more powerful than before. I think if you're interested in trying a Nep though, go with Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 3: Victory Generation. It's got solid gameplay (for a Nep game) and does away with the awful grind to unlock endings. | ||
