In the US(and other countries) if you collect a debt twice, its super illegal. That means if you are a home owners association and you collect overdue condo-dues both the bank and the owner, you need to return one of those. You don't get to cash both checks and just keep them because they both arrived at the same time to pay the same debt. If you don’t, the owner sues everyone and then no one is happy ever again. God, how do these people not die making toast in the morning? Edit: Ok, I'm done now, back to not talking about dota. | ||

Instead the clowns told him to get the bank(my client) to pay him back. So he got pissed after 4 months because they double collected and decided everyone was a fault because why not. And of course the HOA is blaming our firm because they don't understand the pay off is tacked on the end of the mortgage. I might need to block these people from calling me until they retain counsel or something. Emu: I switched to ES after people started talking about using their most played hero. | ||
