Not to get superdrunk but rather be more easily amused so fun stuff in the games becomes even more fun. A bit of alcohol and Super Smash makes for a good time. well I suck at explaining things, fuck it The clubbing culture in Sweden is so awful haha. Low key parties or sit at home playing vidya it is. That depends on the city you live in! Down here, you often just go to denmark on fridays. Copenhagen is great.

Summer's Rift wow I'm so rustled. Yeah smoking is bad....if you got peer pressured into smoking in high school well that's a rough vice to quit. Need to start working out though, might as well. All the cool kids are doing it.

Working out is for nerds lol

fucking nerds and their weights, last hitting the same reps over and over. Get a life.

I quit smoking two weeks ago, it's the not starting again that is the hard part.

well the majority of the population smokes in asia/sea so i can understand if goody was pressured into smoking
ive done/tried all the really common substances at least once except for opiates and meth i don't regret it but i think i wouldve gotten a lot farther in life if i wasnt too preoccupied being a retarded edgy kid
as for alcohol, you can have fun without it but drinking just makes things that much more wild. knowing your limits with what you're comfortable with is most important

At least for me one of the bigger reasons I was depressed was because I had too much time to think about things, dwelling on mistakes and shit.
Anyway I think the thing that gets people of depression is personal accomplishments. This is like the big thing. I'm no psychologist but I really do think that.
Working out hard makes you not think as much during that period and for a while after. Too tired to think about anything else than the workout.
You will start to reach personal goals which is what I think makes the biggest difference.
Get a lot of energy from it
Start to feel about about yourself.
And it also is good for your health.
All of these combined I think makes for a decent solution to battle depression. The most difficult thing is to get to the gym, but once you are there you already did the hardpart so you can start working out. If you actually want to get out of depression you have to realize you need to make a change since your current lifestyle is obviously not working for you whatsoever. Start small, but got to start somewhere. There are a lot of workout guides on youtube, use them. Don't want any injuries. And finally, the new year resolutioners has already abandoned ship by now so starting now is pretty good. Don't work out at home, shit ain't gonna work.
Working out from home is like 40% effort put into it. At gym 100% Studying from home is like 40% and at school/library 100%, Once you get to the location you might as well work at what you were supposed to do.
rant over i guess you unintentionally ranted an advice for me lol thanks
right now i'm trying to break away from this rut that i'm experiencing .. i feel like i'm dead inside, when it comes to my obligations i started becoming really late at complying at them(even just showing up in class i usually have like 30 minutes extra time but right now i'm almost an hour late like always, i work with projects) and i started avoiding to socialize to anyone (even my closest friends) idk why but i'm never the type who doesn't talk
I don't go to gym but i'm started jogging at least once every week before sunrise since i heard that exercise helps. Although idk if what i'm doing is enough but i'd really like if i would be able to get into my former shape where i can actually keep my responsibilities on time and not think of sad shit all the time.

part of blacks answer from the VG kick
Anyway I don't want to blame anyone for anything so I'll just end this with wishing them good luck and all the best, especially Iceiceice for giving me this opportunity. They better hope our paths do not cross in tournaments though. Ever.
i don't know if he is being passive-aggressive with this or something

i think it's just fighting talk

In VG especially, we wouldnt have a more than 2 or 3 seconds of silence while we were playing, constantly pointing things out and planning ahead.
now that's pretty cool

while that stuff helped, for me it was the overall concept of giving it time that worked it's magic. sounds cliché but time allows you to forgive yourself and others, as well as accomplish any goals you set for yourself.
everything eventually gets better in the long term.
