I still can't believe that I'm meant to be top 1% at my 4.1k rating when I'm completely fucking awful.
When it comes to active players that take this game somewhat seriously I'd imagine I'm just slightly better than average.

When I play solo, my Winrate is near 60%;
Playing solo sucks hard tho.

Also, you may think you're awful but if you take a trip down to the 2K trench and you will be reminded of the true meaning of the word.

ya i've been largely playing ranked games and it's been terrible. all of my friends don't have vacation or days off during the week so i'm relegated to solo queuing..figured i'd try boosting my ranked mmr but it has lead only to frustration and anger.
makes me realize how far i've come while still being shitty.

How would it be related to abandoned accounts if it was about games played? Abandoned accounts dont play games.
The issue is that it has no way to take into account that higher MMR players play more than lower MMR players. So high MMR numbers are inflated.

That would involve him playing the game in question, rather than debating it forums. The one thing I have learned about folks like him is that they talk a lot and play every little.

The data isn't ranked only. At least it doesnt say so anywhere.
The average ranked player should be slightly higher, but still not like 2k higher like some people thought.
