For some reason I feel like there won't be a lot global tournament to come before TI5. It'll probably be just western online tournaments and eastern tournaments separately .

I am going to assume they mean online tests or logic games. It has to be some sort of problem solving game for that comment to make sense. I don't think anyone is going to be getting into college based on their Dota MMR.

No, telling people about how high your MMR is and your dick size is reversed. If your 7K and tell no one, the equation has not effect on you.

Commenting somebody based on her/his MMR is pointless BECAUSE even a 4000 rated regular player can play very well on Tier 1 team with guidance of others but we won't see it (nobody will have such team dynamic and everybody will WANK about 'oh you look look you are only 4K')

No, hitting the same target multiple times only lets you refresh the debuff, it doesn't double it up or anything.
Hitting a hero once at the start and once at the end is basically as much as you can get out of the ability since the debuff lasts 5 seconds and the effect of the skill lasts 6 seconds.

Obviously attack speed lets you get more attack off at more targets, but that really isn't worth it over more utility based items since the ability isn't THAT amazing.
