1. An inch of water in the pan, until it boils; 2. cold eggs from the fridge in the pan (they should stick more then 50% above the water) 3. Put a lid on the pan and let them boil steam for exactly 6 minute 30 seconds; 4. After that 30 seconds to cool the eggs under running water.
