They added some Tiger Shark Card shit and jacked the price accordingly stamping a 25% discount on it to make it $59.99 anyways. It's scummy business tactics to do this. And the mini-game sucks ass all it does is make my finger hurt more because Valve apparently thinks having voted sales wasn't "entertaining" enough so they added more time wasters so we have to work for something that was given without effort before. | ||

Also, they might not have noticed or simply don't think its their place to dictate the price. They are in a weird place too, because they also sell games on the service and telling other publishers what price to sell their games at enters the weirdness zone.
